Nueva Ecija is a landlocked province that is located in the country of the Philippines and is situated in Central Luzon. It is also known as the Lalawigan ng Nueva Ecija in Tagalog. The plains of the province is covered with rice fields making it the main rice producers in the country making its nickname as the Rice Granary of the Philippines makes much more sense. The capital city of the province is Palayan and you should start from there if you are going to travel the province. The province has a lot to offer to its visitors from parks, lakes and other attractions Nueva Ecija. It is a place that is really worth visiting.

The institute is located in Muñoz, the place is a owned and handled by the government and it is attached to the Department of Agriculture to develop more modern farming techniques for the country. There is also a museum in the place that is called PhilRice Museum that houses materials and equipment for rice farming such as a variety of seeds, farming machine and tools, and some artworks. This is a very interesting place to visit.

The church is located in the city of Gapan. It is one of the most popular places that local tourists go to. It is also one of the largest and oldest churches in the province of Nueva Ecija. The church was built in 1872 and it is a century old church. This is a good place to see just to enjoy the old architecture of the church or to worship and pray.
This mountain is located in Laur and it is a newly explored climbing destination in the province. Mount Kemalugong rises 1,750 meters above sea level. The main attractions that makes hiking enthusiast go there is the magnificent view of the sea of clouds in the mountain peak, it also has a marvelous view of the neighboring mountain ranges.
As the name implies the waterfalls is located in Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija. It is one of the more known tourist spots in the province if you want to have a relaxing time then go in the falls, the place has cold and clear waters that is surrounded by some rock formations. There is a small guide and environmental fee that will be well worth it.

Minalungao National Park is one of the most popular tourist spots in Nueve Ecija. This place is a 2,018 hectare area that is protected by the local government. It is surrounded by lush greenery that adds to the beauty of the national park. There is also a river that flows in between towering limestone rocks. The park offers ziplining, cliff jumping and swimming. The park is a great place to visit in Nueva Ecija if you want to experience some excitement and to seek some thrill.

Pantabangan Dam is the second largest dam in Asia. The dam provides water for irrigation and hydro-electric power that generates 100 megawatts of power, the dam was also designed to withstand an intensity 10 earthquake and the cost of it is a whopping 20.74 million dollars. A lot of tourists visit the dam to marvel at its engineering and the gorgeous view that is surrounding the dam.

Pantabangan Lake is also located in Pantabangan. The lake serves as a reservoir for the dam, and also it is also considered as one of the largest lakes in Southeast Asia. It is also one of the cleanest lakes in the Philippines. The lake is a very popular fishing spot that both local and foreign tourists visit for its scenic views and calming vibes.
